Peanut Butter & Jam Oats Balls

I absolutely love a good peanut butter and jam sandwich so I figured why not use this classic flavour combination for oats balls! This super easy 3 ingredient recipe makes a perfect healthier sweet snack, loaded with oats and brain power peanut butter and a touch of sweetness from the jam!

You want to get the peanut butter and jam mixture ready first. To do this simply put the peanut butter and jam in a microwave safe jug. Microwave for about 90 seconds to melt the jam slightly and make the peanut butter soft. By warming up the mixture it is easier to combine it together and to mix with the oats.

Place the oats in a large mixing bowl ready for the yummy peanut butter and jam mixture to be added!
You wat to make sure that the jam and peanut butter is mixed well before adding it to the oats.

Add the peanut butter and jam mixture to your oats and combine well ensuring there is no more dry oats and that it is evenly mixed and covered. Once it has been mixed place it in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.

After the oats has been resting in the fridge, roll it into small to medium size ball like shapes. I don't know why but when I roll them they first look like little UFO's then I squash them into a more ball-like shape, so don't worry about having the balls be perfect. Store them in the fridge.
